I can determine your land boundaries, and can act as an expert witness if you make separate arrangements.

The objective determination of land boundaries often involves the evaluation of evidence and application of legal principles. My competitive advantage is that in addition to being a land surveyor, I am trained as an attorney and have practiced law since 1989. This helps me comply with the duties of a Professional Land Surveyor.
